๐ญ Lens Options Explained
We offer three lens types to match different sports and lighting conditions:
Photochromic (Transition) Lenses
These lenses automatically darken in sunlight and clear up indoors. Best for: cycling, running, hiking, or any activity where lighting changes frequently. No need to swap glasses mid-ride.
Polarized Lenses
Polarized lenses eliminate glare from reflective surfaces like water, snow, and wet roads. Best for: fishing, skiing, road cycling, and water sports. Note: polarized lenses may make it harder to read LCD screens.
Tinted Lenses
Fixed-tint lenses in various colors optimized for specific conditions:
- Blue/Goldย โ Low light, overcast days, indoor sports
- Grey โ Bright sunlight, true color perception
- Rose/Red โ Cycling, trail running, enhances contrast on green terrain
- Clear โ Night riding, indoor use, full UV protection without tint
๐ Frame Fit & Sizing Guide
A proper fit keeps your glasses secure during intense activity. Here's how to find yours:
Frame Width
Measure the widest part of your face (temple to temple). Our frames are designed to fit most adult faces. Check the product page for the specific frame width in millimeters.
Nose Bridge
Our sports frames feature an adjustable or rubberized nose bridge for a secure, no-slip fit โ even when sweating.
Temple Length
Temples (arms) should reach comfortably to behind your ears without pressing. Most of our frames have flexible or adjustable temples.
Fit Tips
- Frames should sit level on your face without tilting.
- There should be no pressure on your temples or nose bridge.
- Lenses should not touch your eyelashes.
- For helmeted sports (cycling, skiing), check that the frame fits under or over your helmet comfortably.
